You'll find our gîte on the GR58 trail, in the village of Saint-Véran, officially one of the ‘most beautiful villages in France’. Les Gabelous is a comfortable and characterful house which was a customs building back in 1857.
Accommodation in rooms for 2 to 6 people.
Don’t forget your swimming costume!!! A heated outdoor Norwegian bath is at your disposal where you can relax after a long day’s hike.
On our sunny terrace, in the spacious rooms or at the fireside, you'll always find a quiet place to enjoy a pleasant moment...
We have a lockable bike shed (with repair and maintenance tools).
A heated room to leave your rainproof gear to dry! Wifi, books, etc.
The small but well-equipped kitchen is at your disposal if you want to prepare ‘snacks’...
On our staff we have qualified mountain professionals who can give you information and advice on hiking routes, weather conditions, etc.
A short distance away you’ll find the village amenities (grocer, tobacconist/newsagent, post office, cash dispenser, sports shop, etc.) as well as departure points for cross-country skiing/snowshoeing trails and the downhill slopes!
